Refund and Returns Policy

At JB Traders LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Items without original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@jbtradersllc.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times may vary

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@jbtradersllc.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@jbtradersllc.com and we will guide you through the process.
